Once we receive your claim and all necessary details, the processing time typically takes 5-10 business days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and inform you when the product has been repaired or replaced.
Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tiny Treasures! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
