Yes! Many of our toys come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. The specific warranty period varies depending on the product and brand. Please refer to the product page for more details, or contact us if you have any questions about a particular item’s warranty.
The warranty typically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product.

Currently, we do not offer an in-house repair service. However, if your toy is under warranty and meets the criteria for repair or replacement, we can help coordinate with the manufacturer to repair or replace the item.
Once we receive your claim and all necessary details, the processing time typically takes 5-10 business days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and inform you when the product has been repaired or replaced.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tiny Treasures! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at rohanboswell3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Opened puzzles, games, or craft kits
- Custom or personalized items
